MSSD InfoHub (www.mssd.info) is a data-sharing and visualization platform developed by the Disaster Response Information Management Section (DRIMS) of Disaster Response Management Division (DRMD) to provide the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), its partners, and key stakeholders with accurate, timely, and analyzed information derived from the IDP Profiling Assessment and Response Tracking (iPART) system, Displacement Tracking (DT) system, and other IMS.
Our goal is to transform collected data into meaningful insights that support evidence-based planning, informed decision-making, and data-driven policy formulation within MSSD programs and initiatives.
Our Purpose
MSSD InfoHub was created to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable information. By processing, analyzing, and presenting data from the iPART, DT, and other IMS, the platform empowers users to:
- Access summarized and visualized datasets on family profiling, incident, displacement, and response tracking.
- Monitor trends and progress indicators across regions, municipalities, and program areas.
- Support collaborative planning, coordination, and reporting among MSSD teams and partners.
Key Features
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Interactive charts, maps, dashboards, and reports generated from verified iPART, DT, and other IMS datasets.
- Open Access for Stakeholders: A central hub for sharing data summaries and findings with MSSD staff, partner agencies, and development stakeholders.
- Transparency & Accountability: Promoting data-driven transparency in the delivery of social services and community-based interventions.
Our Commitment
MSSD InfoHub is committed to ensuring that every dataset shared is reliable, secure, and used to improve the welfare and resilience of families and communities across the Bangsamoro region. We continuously enhance our tools and processes to provide a seamless experience for all users — from program implementers to policy planners and researchers.
IDP Profiling Assessment and Response Tracking (iPART)
The iPART System is designed to streamline the management of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in BARMM through digital profiling, needs assessment, and response tracking. Developed by the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) in collaboration with UNHCR, iPART aims to provide accurate, real-time data to enhance humanitarian response efforts.
Displacement Tracking (DT)
A standalone application that provides a streamlined interface for managing data related to displacement incidents in BARMM. The system enables users to efficiently record, organize, and analyze incident information and displacement statistics. It captures essential details of incidents such as type, sub-type, brief background, location, evacuation centers/sites information, displacement numbers (cumulative and now) and response figures.
